Ron Stein is the Manager of Land Development and has been with Great Lands Corporation since 2000. He has been involved with land development and land use planning for over 25 years, with experience both in the public and private sectors.
Andrew Pawlaczek is the Construction Manager for Great Lands. He has decades of construction experience for all types of commercial, industrial and residential development, including many highrise residential buildings such as The Monet.
Sandro Di Pede is in charge of Customer Service for Great Lands. Coming from a construction background, he and the rest of our customer service team, have assisted over 400 satisfied homeowners settle into their new homes over the past few years.
Paul Northgrave of Northgrave Architect heads up the Project Consulting Team. After eight years as Chief Residential Architect at the Cadillac Fairview Corporation, he started his own architectural firm in 1981 and in the past 25 years has won numerous awards for both his residential and commercial projects.
